Frequently asked questions
What does Family Bridge Jamaica do?
Family Bridge coordinates suitable practical assistance, errands, accompaniment, purchasing and local logistics within an agreed scope.
Where do you currently provide services?
The Primary Service Zone is the Runaway Bay to Ocho Rios corridor and surrounding communities. Other locations may be considered by arrangement and quotation.
Do you provide medical or nursing care?
No. Family Bridge is not a medical, nursing, home-health or emergency-response service.
Can I request a one-off service without becoming a member?
Yes. Suitable à -la-carte requests can be quoted and prepaid before scheduling.
How does membership work?
The planned Family Concierge Membership uses a retainer-style model with included concierge time for clients who expect recurring support. Final public rates and detailed terms are still subject to approval.
Do you publish prices online?
Not at this stage. Variable requests can depend on time, distance, complexity and third-party costs, so scope and applicable price are confirmed before payment.
Can Family Bridge make purchases for me?
Suitable purchases may be handled with explicit authorization, agreed spending limits and appropriate documentation. Family Bridge does not accept unrestricted access to client finances.
How do I get started?
Request an introductory call or use the structured general enquiry once the intake forms are activated. Family Bridge reviews suitability before confirming service.
Next Step
Start with the request—not the commitment.
