Research does not always require physical attendance, so it may be more flexible than in-person services. Timing still depends on the complexity of the question, the availability of reliable information, third-party response where contact is necessary and current Family Bridge workload.
Family Bridge does not confirm a service unless the requested timing, location and scope can be supported responsibly.
Pricing & Payment

From J$3,500 (about US$25), including up to 45 minutes of research, up to three suitable recommendations and a concise findings summary.
The published starting price includes up to 45 minutes of focused research, up to three suitable recommendations when available and a concise findings summary. Material calling, quote collection, scheduling or follow-through may become a separate coordination service.
Prices are set in Jamaican dollars and include GCT where applicable. Approximate USD equivalents use the current Family Bridge reference rate based on Bank of Jamaica exchange-rate data accessed through Frankfurter, with the configured public-estimate adjustment factor. Estimates are rounded up to the next whole USD unit; JMD remains the official service price. Rate date: 2026-09-28.
After you approve the Service Proposal, applicable payment instructions are provided. Credit/debit card secure payment and Jamaican bank transfer are available for eligible requests.

Does research include making appointments?
Basic research does not automatically include material calling, quote collection, scheduling or follow-up. Those tasks may become a coordination service.
Do I need to be in St. Ann?
Not always. Research can sometimes be completed without physical attendance, depending on the topic and the quality of available information.
