Timing & Availability

Availability is confirmed around the real service commitment.

Returning-resident and visitor support is easiest to plan when key dates and priority tasks are shared in advance. Availability depends on location, travel, the number and type of tasks, third-party schedules and existing Family Bridge commitments.

Family Bridge does not confirm a service unless the requested timing, location and scope can be supported responsibly.

Pricing & Payment

Know the scope and applicable price before you commit.

Most in-person support starts from J$4,500 (about US$32) for up to 60 minutes. Complex or multi-party coordination may require a disclosed adjustment.

Most in-person support begins at the published starting price. Complex requests involving multiple stops, extended time, travel or several third-party providers may require additional approved service time or a disclosed coordination adjustment.

Prices are set in Jamaican dollars and include GCT where applicable. Approximate USD equivalents use the current Family Bridge reference rate based on Bank of Jamaica exchange-rate data accessed through Frankfurter, with the configured public-estimate adjustment factor. Estimates are rounded up to the next whole USD unit; JMD remains the official service price. Rate date: 2026-09-28.

After you approve the Service Proposal, applicable payment instructions are provided. Credit/debit card secure payment and Jamaican bank transfer are available for eligible requests.

Do you offer support for people moving back to Jamaica?

Yes. Returning-resident support is part of Family Bridge’s concierge scope when the requested tasks are suitable and can be clearly defined.

Can visitors use Family Bridge too?

Yes. Visitors and people on extended stays may request practical local concierge support for appropriate needs.

Can you arrange transportation?

Family Bridge can help coordinate licensed transportation resources and may include incidental transportation within an accepted concierge service. It is not a standalone passenger-transport provider.
