Timing & Availability

Flexible errands can often be scheduled within a practical service window, while pharmacy collections, document pickups or other time-sensitive tasks may require a specific deadline. Availability depends on location, route, opening hours, service duration and existing Family Bridge commitments.

Family Bridge does not confirm a service unless the requested timing, location and scope can be supported responsibly.

Pricing & Payment

Know the scope and applicable price before you commit.

From J$4,500 (about US$32) for up to 60 minutes, with up to 20 km of travel included where applicable. Purchases and third-party charges are separate.

The Family Bridge service fee is separate from purchases and third-party charges. The starting price includes the stated service time and applicable included travel; approved additional time or eligible excess travel may increase the final amount.

Prices are set in Jamaican dollars and include GCT where applicable. Approximate USD equivalents use the current Family Bridge reference rate based on Bank of Jamaica exchange-rate data accessed through Frankfurter, with the configured public-estimate adjustment factor. Estimates are rounded up to the next whole USD unit; JMD remains the official service price. Rate date: 2026-09-28.

After you approve the Service Proposal, applicable payment instructions are provided. Credit/debit card secure payment and Jamaican bank transfer are available for eligible requests.

Can you pick up a prescription?

A suitable pharmacy collection may be possible when properly authorized and lawful. Family Bridge does not administer medication or assist with medication consumption.

Can you pay for purchases for me?

Yes, when the purchase is specifically authorized and the required client funds are provided in advance. Family Bridge does not advance personal or company funds for later reimbursement and does not accept unrestricted access to client finances.

Will I receive receipts?

Where receipts or other purchase documentation are available, they form part of the practical record for the authorized client.
