Handle pharmacy collections carefully
Some pharmacy collections may require identification, authorization or other conditions set by the pharmacy. Confirm those requirements before sending someone to collect an item.
Family Bridge may assist with a lawful, authorized collection but does not administer medication, provide dosage advice or manage a clinical medication regimen.
Document completion
Receipts, collection confirmations and a concise completion update make the service easier to audit and reduce confusion between family members. If an item was unavailable or substituted, note that clearly.

We do not provide emergency response, nursing, hands-on personal care, clinical decision-making, legal representation or other regulated professional services. When a request requires another provider, the appropriate professional should be involved.
