Timing & Availability
Availability is confirmed around the real service commitment.
Provider coordination depends partly on third-party responsiveness and opening hours as well as Family Bridge availability. Requests involving property access or provider attendance also require enough lead time to coordinate travel, access and the provider’s schedule.
Family Bridge does not confirm a service unless the requested timing, location and scope can be supported responsibly.
Pricing & Payment
Know the scope and applicable price before you commit.
From J$4,500 (about US$32) for standard service. Material additional calls, comparisons, scheduling or multi-party follow-through may require a disclosed coordination adjustment.
Standard coordination begins at the published starting price. Material additional calling, comparisons, scheduling, multi-party follow-through or on-site attendance may require a disclosed coordination adjustment or additional service time.
Prices are set in Jamaican dollars and include GCT where applicable. Approximate USD equivalents use the current Family Bridge reference rate based on Bank of Jamaica exchange-rate data accessed through Frankfurter, with the configured public-estimate adjustment factor. Estimates are rounded up to the next whole USD unit; JMD remains the official service price. Rate date: 2026-09-28.
After you approve the Service Proposal, applicable payment instructions are provided. Credit/debit card secure payment and Jamaican bank transfer are available for eligible requests.

Can Family Bridge find a plumber, electrician or contractor?
Family Bridge can help identify and coordinate independent providers, subject to the request and available information.
Do you guarantee third-party providers?
No. A referral, search result or coordination role is not a guarantee or endorsement of an independent provider’s work.
Can you be present when a provider arrives?
Where suitable and agreed, Family Bridge may coordinate access or be present as part of an accepted service scope.
